Volunteer

The American Red Cross can be a powerful part of your commitment to your community and to yourself. Red Cross volunteer training may be the most best training you can get for free.

We never put a volunteer in a position they are not prepared for, and they are never put in harm's way, even in a disaster. We make certain they are confident they can handle the situation. Whether that is providing direct service to families affected by a disaster. or teaching a CPR class, you'll get the training and encouragement to be successful.

There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, all of which bring a richness to the lives of those who take part. Some examples:

  • Disaster Action Team
  • Family Service Case Work
  • Fundraising
  • Office Assistance
  • Health and Safety Instructor
  • On Call Response Dispatch
  • Event Planning Committee
  • Building and Grounds Handyperson
  • Data Entry (Work from home or in our office)
  • Bookkeeping

To express your interest, please take a moment to complete the volunteer self evaluation and application. Volunteer Application
